About Us

Meet Justin and Lyn Diel, owners of Big Sky Farm. They planted their first Christmas tree in 1999. Their love for the outdoors and making family memories is the reason for what they do.

While we're open, you can find Justin talking with customers, driving the tractor, or tending to the many behind the scenes details. Love our beautiful wreaths? Lyn is to thank! She loves to dress up our signature wreaths with hand-tied bows and hand-picked pinecones. Their 3 children, their spouses, and even the grandkids help make it all happen! 

From cutting our first tree in 2004, to working the farm together each season... Our family has loved making memories year after year!

As the seasonal family business grew larger, Justin and Lyn began searching for the perfect piece of land for their growing farm with dreams of expanding into a year-round farm. Shortly after seeing the property that is now Big Sky Farm, they knew it was undeniably a wonderful landscape of big skies that hung above the soon-to-be fields of trees. Thus became, Big Sky Farm.
